MEDIATION FEES

Hourly Rate is $300 per hour in mediation session for cases up to three parties. For cases with additional parties, please phone for fee arrangements. Additional services included and not separately charged:

All telephone conferences

Preparation and brief review

Travel within the Los Angeles metro area

Any post-mediation administrative work

LOCATION FOR MEDIATION SESSIONS

Mediation sessions will take place at any location convenient for the parties, including counsel's offices and various court reporters' offices with which I have arrangements for conference space.

MEDIATION BRIEFS/PRE-MEDIATION CALL

Mediation briefs are strongly recommended. They may be submitted by fax, email or regular mail 3 days before the scheduled mediation session. Please serve a copy on opposing counsel unless you desire the brief to be confidential.

Generally, I find a pre-mediation call with each side to be helpful for learning aspects of the case that may not be well served by briefing. There is no charge for pre-mediation calls.

ATTENDANCE

All parties should plan to attend the mediation. If that is not the case, counsel should discuss with each other and agree as to who will, and will not, attend in person or will be available by phone, if necessary.
